These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the L'Atelier Thanarin website. Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Atelier Thanarin offers for sale handcrafted art objects, graphic creations, illustrations, and decorative items. Each piece is unique, made with care, and may have slight variations due to the handcrafted nature of the production.
3. Orders
The order is confirmed once the buyer has made full payment. Atelier Thanarin reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (supply problems, incorrect address, suspected fraud, etc.).
4. Price and payment terms
The prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT). Delivery costs are indicated during the order finalization process.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are specified in the order confirmation.
Atelier Thanarin cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or losses due to an incorrect address.
6. Cancellation and return
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

Return the item in its original condition and in its undamaged packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of non-conformity or defect.
7. Warranty
The creations of L'Atelier Thanarin are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions. In case of a defect, please contact us for an exchange or a refund.
8. Protection of personal data
Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing your orders and will never be shared with third parties, except for the proper execution of delivery.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, modify and delete your personal data.
9. Intellectual Property

10. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the registered office of L'Atelier Thanarin.
