Exchange and refund policy
At L'Atelier Thanarin, each piece is crafted with the utmost care, by hand, and often as a unique creation. We strive to offer you a high-quality experience that reflects the singularity of our designs.
📦 Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return, only for non-personalized and unused items .
Items must be returned in their original condition, carefully packaged.
👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
👉 In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs for the new item will also be borne by the customer.
✍️ Custom creations & bespoke orders
Custom orders or orders made on request (labels, custom engravings, unique pieces made to order…) are neither exchangeable nor refundable , except in the case of a proven error on our part or a defective product.
We encourage you to carefully review all details before confirming a quote or custom order. A preview or written confirmation is always provided before final production.
