Retour et échange

If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, here are the steps to follow:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at the following address: latelierthanarin@gmail.com.

Please provide us with the order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return.

After validation, we will send you the necessary information to proceed with the return.

Return conditions :

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.

Repair and customization

  • Your art objects and engraved creations require special care. Should you encounter any issues, we also offer a repair and additional personalization service. Each request is handled individually to preserve the authenticity of the artwork.
